Hollow Glass Microspheres (ELMINAS SPHERES® HGMS) are produced using our ceramic microspheres products using similar production processes. The standardized glass is converted into a melt mass and the material is solidified by placing it in the cooling chamber with a sprayer. The drop form causes the material to expand and take a hollow shape in the process. The product obtained in this way acquires a high level of sound and heat insulation ability.
We recommend using spherical type products in aqueous systems because these types of products have an effective chemical composition against hydroxide ion attacks.
